Fantastic experience! My dash light went on yesterday indicating a tire issue. So I didn't want to drive on it very far...I found Liberty opened at 7:30am, so I went in, and Nathan was brilliant. He fixed a huge nail in my tire within 10 minutes! He was pleasant, friendly and got the job done...and it didn't cost me an arm or a leg! This is my new tire store for life now!

Everyone there is really nice and accommodating and they ensure you are satisfied with their service. They also have a spacious waiting area, in case you do need to wait awhile for your vehicle. It's very clean and well maintained.

The low tire pressure indicator was on a few weeks ago. I stopped in and had the air topped off. I was told by Mike that I needed new front tires, which I knew and was given a good price. Wait until payday. Lol.
The indicator light came on again and I must have a slow leak. It's payday! Pulled in, Mike had the tires in stock, saddled them on, paid a fare price, and I'm out in a half hour!

Could not recommend Liberty Tires enough. As a young female, it's definitely hard to find an Auto Shop that I trust and doesn't up-charge me. The employees at liberty are honest and provide fair rates. I brought my car in after the Subaru dealership had said I needed to replace a part and Liberty Checked and found out there were no issues. They didn't try to upsell me, were incredibly friendly, and honest that the repair was unnecessary. 10/10 would recommend.

they opened and everyone was just so friendly and seemed happy to be
there....(that is a good sign) Tommy is exceptional and Robert, Hector and
all the others are just great. I had to wait there for a part and saw all the
interactions with other customers. The employees were so helpful and kind. You hardly see that anymore.

I've been remiss writing a review for Liberty Tires...but that ends now. This place is, hands down, the best tire shop in town. The crew is top notch, the prices competitive (and after today's visit, confirmed to be 20% less than Costco) and the service excellent. While they don't take appointments, they get you in and out quickly, and they don't try to upsell you, either. Our (amazing) mechanics (2 Guys From Sweden) recommended them years ago, so we knew we could trust their work -- and haven't been disappointed since.

Great shop, really transparent and trustworthy mechanics. They took great care of my ride despite all of the rust they had to battle 😅 I like their system that updates customers via text, very handy. If you need any work done same day, make sure to arrive very early. They are a busy shop, for good reason!
My favorite alignment shop in West Los Angeles and the only one I trust to take care of my old RX-7s. After I replaced all my suspension components and bushings I took the car here knowing that they could get it taken care of while taking care of the car itself. Now the car drives straight and all the specs are within range to drive straight and minimize tire wear.

My tire pressure light came on and with my car it doesn’t let you know which tire. And I just recently had a nail in my tire, bought a new one (from another shop) and was afraid there was an issue with it. Met Tom this morning, kind, nice, respectful. Checked my car for me, added air, reset my car all in 12 minutes. Reassured me nothing else was wrong but if there was something, to come back. And bc of his kindness, I will come back to Liberty whenever I need to.

I came in after getting a pretty fat nail in my tire. I was recommended this place by a neighbor and since it was so close by my apartment I gave them a shot. I walked in and was greeted by friendly staff. They instructed me to take the car to the back and the technicians began working on patching my tire within seconds! 15-20 minutes later the service was complete. Super fast super easy and considering it was less than an hour till they closed up for the day, it was excellent service at a great price. And to top it off they accept Apple Pay. Five stars.
This shop is as advertised! Fast, friendly and efficient. I had a tire that was low pressure over the weekend, so I stopped by bright and early upon opening at 735a. These folks saw me and got me in and out by 8a, having fixed the leak and rotated my tires as well. The prices were all very fair. If u want the best customer service you thought was gone.Well ur in luck. I had a tire with a nail couple inches from the edge. I called ATD & spoke to Daren he inspected the tire, then said lemme see what I can do. It was busy but Daren kept checking with me to ensure I wouldn't be too delayed for a funeral I was on my way. Daren spoke to me with sincerity & actually listened to my concerns. Saying yes ma'am or yes Mrs always formal. I ended up buying 4 tire cause the other 3 were neglected as well. He gave me what discounts he had available. The tires are great & the customer service was a breathe of fresh air.

I've been going to liberty tires for at least ten years. I've always found their pricing to be fair and sometimes better than other competitors. I've had them service several different mercedes benz for me. I had my E350 Serviced therefore breaks alignment tire Replacement etc. They have also serviced my GLE Mercedes. I would not hesitate to take my vehicle in for repairs. The employees are always polite and the owner.Tom has great customer service.

The fine folks at Liberty are about as professional and efficient as it gets. I own a business and have 7 fleet vehicles along with 4 personal vehicles and have had numerous tire issues that are always handled so quickly and with high-quality customer service here.
I spent years taking my vehicles to other tire shops in the area that would have very long wait times and policies that would prevent them from fixing tires unless you bought them there.Their pricing is very fair and honest and everyone I have ever dealt with is super nice.

Amazing and fast service! Everyone here is very courteous and professional. Came in with a flat tire (embedded nail....thanks LA!). The mechanic helping me took a look at it and told me it was definitely fixable. As a woman, it's usually difficult to get honest service at auto shops, so I was pleasantly surprised he didn't try to con me into buying a new one. It's a sad truth, but I'm grateful to Liberty Tires for being forthright. I was in and out in about 20 mins for just $30! I will definitely be back for future car/tire repair needs

I've now been to liberty tires twice to replace tires that I've had the misfortune of destroying on the streets of LA (thank you incessant construction and alleys that feel like off roading). Every time I've stopped by they have been extremely kind, willing to help out and get me in/out quick, and have genuinely looked out for my car and the quality of their work. The first time they ordered the tire I needed and the second time we're able to find a better replacement in stock when I came in ~30 minutes before closing. The mechanic I spoke with was also incredible kind as he checked out the tires that a chunk of metal declined. I could not recommend them enough if you need car work. They are wonderful!

Found a nail in my tire this morning, this place opens at 730 am which was the only place in the area that was open that early. Showed up at 7 am, they were able to see me before 730. Nate was excellent in his courteousness, speed, and professionalism. Will definitely be coming back if I ever have any more tire troubles!

They could have sold me a new tire but they didn't, they fixed my old tire. They could have sold me a whole new set of tires actually, since I don't know anything about anything. But they didn't, they said my tires looked real good. They checked my engine light and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. Now I can cancel my lengthy appointment at the dealership. Guillermo was most helpful. I really recommend their business.
